"I'm a little hesitant to say this…but, I think the “No More Cramps” is working…?
I don’t normally cramp much after days 1 & 2, so I will need to update you with my next cycle, but I do feel a difference in my moods, my body feels more flexible…? Like my joints are more flexible.
A neck pain I was dealing with before has lessened significantly….I feel calmer, like a lot calmer. Less anxious, more capable. Less hungry. And when I do want to eat, I want to eat fruit or veggies.
It’s very interesting. And I feel less nervous, more grounded or something.

I took “No More Cramps” 7 days before my period. It definitely helped my PMS, but day 1 of my period has intense, very painful cramping.
I ended up taking two Advil at 8am and two more at 12:45pm.
Does the “NMC” take a few cycles to resolve the most painful cramps? I can definitely look at my food and stress.

Guess What? I have a MAJOR Sweet tooth, so I made a commitment to make some big changes in my eating 7 to 10 days before the start of my period: Lots of Green veggies and fruit, only whole starches (chickpeas, white yam) and a couple of sips of “No More Cramps”. I normally need to take 6-8 Advil capsules in the first 24-36 hours of my period due to cramps. Guess how many Advill I have take this time? 1!!!

The last cycle was ‘AMAZING..I used “No More Cramps” and paid attention to what I ate about 7 -10 days prior. Only took 1 ADVIL for the whole cycle. I am literally waiting to see how the next one unfolds tonight/tomorrow.

I must say that I have been taking “No More Cramps” for the past couple of days and at the very least (and it does of course do more) but it really lifts my mood! Like sooo much! What magic is in there??
